My daughter Erin and other family members have inspired me to create this blog. I have enjoyed reading their experiences so much I thought I would share some of my own. This past week I have had an amazing experience being in a theatre production again. I have had the opportunity of playing Sister Berthe in "The Sound of Music" which the City of Herriman has put on. I'm usually on the side lines watching my children perform and being the "Choir Mom". I loved being on this end this time. My family has been my greatest support and not once did they complain about me being gone. It has been a family affair with Emma being on the stage crew and Lauren playing the cello in the orchestra. We are having a great time! Kristin has caught the theatre bug and will be auditioning tomorrow for School House Rock (another Herriman Production for children). Her cousin Hyrum will audition with her. Wish them luck!
Our summer has been busy with various camps, swimming, family reunions and an Anniversary getaway to Florida for Sean and I. We are definitely having fun!

I found your blog through Erin's...that's so fun that you got to be in the Sound of Music with your girls! That's my favorite musical of all time!
